Equipments

The ETHNODYNE laboratory collaborates with the Institute of Chemistry of Natural Substances (ICSN) for research and development.

We use the infrastructure of the ICSN which has an analytical department, with   :


THE NMR SERVICE

Service equipped with five Avance Bruker spectrometers : two devices are self-service (300 MHz and 500 MHz).

A 600 MHz is mainly intended for the analysis of natural products (high sensitivity / low quantity).


THE SERVICE OF ANALYSIS AND PURIFICATION OF ORGANIC MOLECULES, ORGANIC BIO OR OTHER SMALL MOLECULES .

All the analyzes that can be performed in :

• Mass spectrometry : Unit or exact mass measurements HRMS (ESI, APCI *, APPI *, MALDI *)
• Chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC), UV detection (PDA), DEDL, FLUO
• Chiral phase chromatography in HPLC or SFC
• Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) analytical and semi preparative.
• LC / MS coupling
• LC / MS / MS Couplings with SIR or MRM Assay
• Purification

THE CRYSTALLOCHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT AND ITS COMPONENT IN MOLECULAR MODELING

From monocrystals with high diffracting power, the laboratory ensures the determination of the three-dimensional structure of organic and organometallic compounds from natural or synthetic products, as well as the analysis of molecular conformations, stereochemistry and possibly absolute configuration.


THE CIBI PLATFORM

The CIBI platform aims to identify, characterize and enhance the therapeutic potential of new bioactive compounds involved in different pathologies.
